Responsibilities
- Accurately select and package orders using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper labeling before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to cross-train on multiple tasks
