Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and barcode scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and reconciliation
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and equipment usage
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/reaching
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for order verification
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Availability for Monday-Friday day shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Reliable transportation to South Seattle facility
