Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Organize warehouse space for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to South LA facility
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Prior warehouse experience (a plus but not required)
