Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones following 5S standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (18+ years welcome)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software training
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Team player with strong communication skills
