Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists and scanning technology.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy by checking quantities and quality of products before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in dock doors or outdoor areas.
