Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and RF scanners.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections on products before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with or without assistance.
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available for weekend or night shifts as needed.
