Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to warehouse specifications and customer requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or damages
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
