Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Order Fulfillment:</strong> Accurately pick and pack products based on customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.</li><li><strong>Quality Control:</strong> Inspect items for defects, damages, or errors before packing to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.</li><li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas to optimize workflow.</li><li><strong>Equipment Operation:</strong> Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems as required by the shift.</li><li><strong>Safety Compliance:</strong> Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production targets.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Physical Stamina:</strong> Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Strong focus on accuracy when reading pick tickets and handling merchandise.</li><li><strong>Reliability:</strong> Must be punctual and able to work a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays if necessary.</li><li><strong>Basic Math Skills:</strong> Ability to perform basic calculations for shipping and receiving accuracy.</li><li><strong>Background Check:</strong> Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.</li></ul>
