Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify order accuracy by checking item codes and quantities against customer orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
