Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using approved packaging materials and methods.
- Verify product quality and quantities against work orders and packing slips.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and updates.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and maintaining accurate loading documentation.
- Perform basic inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
