Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sort, label, and prepare packages for shipment according to carrier guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and nights.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
