Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA standards
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle count documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and 5S workplace organization principles
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
