Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily productivity reports and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and error-prevention focus
- Reliable transportation to Brannan Street facility
- Flexible availability including weekends if needed
