Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and move products to ensure timely distribution.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is preferred for roles involving vehicle loading/unloading.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
