Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
