Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks with proper material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in assigned zones
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate power equipment after completing certification training
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive, Fresno, OH
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends if needed)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Forklift certification a plus but not required (training provided)
