Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital manifests and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners) with precision and safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics while maintaining quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- RF scanner or WMS experience a strong plus
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability for overtime shifts including weekends
