Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management system
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided for forklifts/pallet jacks)
- Perform daily warehouse cleanliness and safety inspections
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly productivity targets
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to our industrial facility
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
