Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and inventory zones
- Meet/exceed productivity targets during peak hours and overtime shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for overtime and weekend shifts
