Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and sales—to translate high-level strategy into technical execution plans.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to forecast industry shifts and opportunities.
- Oversee the development and deployment of proprietary AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term product roadmaps for large-scale technology initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision trends expected by 2026.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
