Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technical initiatives, aligning engineering capabilities with business goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures capable of integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Drive Technical Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, conducting feasibility studies and POCs to determine their viability for core products.
- Mentor and Inspire: Guide senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, deployment, and system monitoring to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Future-Ready Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and experience with 5G/Edge computing concepts relevant to 2026.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
