Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals, ensuring we are ahead of industry trends by the target year.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Lead the integration of next-gen AI solutions into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Strategic Infrastructure Planning: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to support scalable, future-proof architectures.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major digital transformations.
- R&D Oversight: Partner with R&D teams to evaluate and prototype breakthrough technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a CTO or VP of Engineering role.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to 2026, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Project Management: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into strategic business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
