Responsibilities

- Optimize neural network models to run on near-term quantum processors.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers and quantum physicists.
- Define technical roadmaps for our 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to improve quantum coherence times.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguity.
