Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype quantum machine learning models
- Contribute to open-source quantum AI frameworks and publish breakthrough research
- Lead experimental validation of quantum advantage in real-world applications
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
- Secure intellectual property for novel quantum AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning architectures and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum circuit design
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable implementations
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
