Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market deployment
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Prior experience with federal grant programs for advanced R&D projects
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed journals
