Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex data modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing autonomous system prototypes
- Research and mitigate quantum computing security vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI integration
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at global tech conferences
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from government and private entities
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI models
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding
- Strong background in cybersecurity and encryption protocols
