Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum processors with classical AI frameworks
- Develop error-correction protocols for hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Author peer-reviewed research and white papers on quantum-AI convergence
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-gen quantum processors
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in at least one classical ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to interdisciplinary teams
