Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise systems
- Develop scalable quantum algorithms optimized for fault-tolerant processors
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum accelerators into classical infrastructure
- Research emerging quantum hardware (superconducting, photonic, topological) for practical applications
- Define quantum software architecture standards and best practices
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum error correction breakthroughs
- Present quantum security solutions to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum cryptography
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing journals
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in cybersecurity and classical cryptography
