Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical HPC infrastructure
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for enterprise systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize machine learning pipelines
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware integration
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed contributions
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
