Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of supporting the demands of the Year 2026 technology landscape, including Agentic workflows and autonomous decision-making.
- LLM Integration: Lead the integration and optimization of state-of-the-art LLMs, focusing on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Engineer high-performance code to reduce latency and maximize throughput for real-time AI applications.
- Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define the technical trajectory for upcoming releases, specifically targeting the 'Year 2026' innovation goals.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning in advanced AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years of specialized experience in Machine Learning and AI system design.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; deep understanding of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Strong architectural skills with a focus on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Agentic AI: Demonstrated experience building autonomous agents or complex AI workflows.
