Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit scalability and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead quantum-resistant cryptographic implementations for critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor designs
- Establish quantum performance benchmarks and validation frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
