Responsibilities
- Design and Deploy: Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy large language models (LLMs) to production environments.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained models to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and optimize for cost.
- System Architecture: Design the high-level architecture for AI-driven microservices and data pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to define technical requirements.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and safety measures to ensure AI outputs are responsible and unbiased.
- Research Integration: Stay abreast of the latest academic research and integrate novel techniques into our product stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning or AI.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Cloud: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Language: Strong experience with NLP and transformer architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
