Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise applications
- Design error-corrected qubit architectures and quantum error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions across finance, logistics, and AI
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing)
- Define quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum software development kits (SDKs)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and linear algebra
- Experience with superconducting qubits or ion trap systems
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Qiskit Advocate, IBM Quantum Professional)
