Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with >99.9% fidelity for commercial deployment
- Design hybrid quantum-classical interfaces for real-world optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and simulation
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Publish breakthrough research in IEEE/ACM quantum computing journals
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and cryogenic systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and error correction techniques
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE QCBS)
- Experience with superconducting qubits, trapped ions, or photonic quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity theory and computational models
- Track record of leading quantum projects with measurable commercial impact
