Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 10,000+ qubit scalability
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum error correction protocol development
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into industry-specific applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
