Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance and healthcare
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI specialists to create hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Develop quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Optimize qubit coherence and error correction systems for industrial-scale deployment
- Present breakthrough research at global quantum computing conferences and publish in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience

- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance principles
