Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for 2026 security standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Design scalable quantum processors with 99.9% fidelity
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant computation
- Collaborate with AI researchers on quantum-enhanced machine learning
- Secure patents for novel quantum applications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithms
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Track record of translating theory to production systems
