Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Proven track record of leading complex research projects
- Demonstrated understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
