Responsibilities
- Lead development of quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and molecular modeling applications
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks targeting 2026 commercial deployment milestones
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and error-correction systems
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and present at major international conferences
- Mentor quantum engineering talent and build world-class research capabilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of quantum research experience
