Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product release, aligning technical strategies with business objectives.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, distributed AI systems capable of handling real-time global data streams.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate cutting-edge advancements in Neural Networks and Quantum Computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the AI or Machine Learning space.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- System Architecture: Proven experience designing high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Quantum Readiness: Understanding of quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex engineering challenges under tight deadlines.
