Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications in cryptography, drug discovery, and climate modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, software engineers, and domain specialists

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum error correction
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Experience leading large-scale research projects with $5M+ budgets
