Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy forward-thinking technology solutions aligned with 2026 digital trends
- Lead a squad of engineers in developing AI-powered automation systems and quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and assess their strategic impact
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future market demands into technical roadmaps
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical leadership with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural networks, or distributed ledger tech
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI development practices
- Track record of delivering complex projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in future foresight methodologies or strategic technology planning
- Experience mentoring diverse technical teams in rapid innovation environments
