Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware research
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Track record of securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience leading technical teams of 5+ researchers
- Patent portfolio in quantum technologies (3+ granted patents preferred)
