Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead experiments on superconducting quantum processors to benchmark performance

- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at top-tier conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Demonstrated experience with cryogenic quantum systems
