Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum software stacks compatible with next-generation qubit technologies
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Strong publication record in quantum information science or high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket) and HPC environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable research
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations
