Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants through competitive proposal development
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance methodologies
- Published record in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics at graduate level
