Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum hardware at scale
- Lead cross-functional projects with AI/ML teams to hybridize classical-quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Publication record in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Strong problem-solving skills for NP-hard optimization challenges
