Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy using our remote inventory management system
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods using digital reporting tools
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols with remote compliance training
- Coordinate with logistics team via remote communication platforms
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in storage zones
- Document temperature logs and operational metrics through mobile apps
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Proficient with remote inventory management software
