Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory counts and update remote tracking systems accurately
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and company protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Complete digital documentation and reports remotely using company systems
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software and remote reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration
