Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in warehouse and yard environments
- Execute efficient loading/unloading of trucks and containers with zero-damage accuracy
- Maintain detailed inventory records through our remote inventory management portal
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with logistics team via remote tools for order fulfillment optimization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Participate in cross-functional remote meetings for process improvements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
